Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Management and ADA Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer various leave programs, managing the full leave lifecycle and maintaining confidential records
  • Facilitate ADA accommodation requests, engaging in the interactive process and reviewing medical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies while managing administrative aspects of claims
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
  • 3 years of experience in leave or disability management and/or employee benefits
  • 1 year of experience with legal issues related to disability and leave management, including FMLA and ADA
  • In-depth understanding of leave regulations and HR best practices related to the ADA
  • Experience with HRIS and leave management software
