Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Global Immigration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for foreign national employees, hiring managers, and HR
• Maintain knowledge of immigration laws and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Coordinate immigration cases and provide guidance on visa eligibility and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in employment-based immigration in a corporate environment
• Experience with H-1Bs, L-1s, and US immigrant filings
• Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries from various stakeholders
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
