Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand staffing priorities and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage high-volume requisitions and talent pipelines across multiple clients and contracts
- Use Microsoft Excel to generate reports and manage applicant tracking data
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in talent sourcing and recruiting
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- 50 concurrent requisitions) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables and large dataset management
- Familiarity with Department of Health roles and related credentialing requirements preferred
