Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Global HRIS Analyst to support and maintain the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource and subject matter expert for HCM setup, maintenance, and process improvements
- Support daily operations of the HCM Systems team, including data auditing and processing
- Collaborate with HR process owners and IT to implement system enhancements and ensure data integrity
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with relevant experience substitutable for education
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS system administration and reporting
- 5+ years of experience with BI reporting, analysis, and project management
- Prior experience in implementing new HRIS modules
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
