Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter / People Ops Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job postings
- Support onboarding, payroll processing, and maintain employee records while contributing to employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of recruiting and/or HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices
- Ability to flex between recruiting and HR operations
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Excited about joining a collaborative and hands-on team
