A company is looking for a HR Business Partner Generalist to support HR programs and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake and investigations of employee relations matters under HRBP direction
- Liaise with departments to resolve employee inquiries and maintain HR resources
- Analyze HR data and produce reports on employee engagement and turnover trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HR Certification preferred
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site service industry
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS knowledge preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% within Texas
