A company is looking for an HR Administrator to assist with generalist HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the HR inbox as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Ensure the internal HR system is updated with changes, new starters, and leavers
- Administer HR documents, contracts, and maintain accurate electronic personal files
Required Qualifications
- GCSE A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in HR is beneficial but not essential
- CIPD Qualified or part qualified is beneficial but not essential
- Demonstrable experience within the HR industry
