Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (National) to manage recruitment efforts for various professional disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, and candidate preparation
  • Submit vetted candidates to account managers for temporary and direct-hire opportunities
  • Maintain detailed candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System and support national delivery efforts
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing agency and corporate settings
  • Demonstrated success in placing professionals in finance, accounting, IT, and HR roles
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and levels, from staff to executive
  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
