Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter for a remote, 4-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to understand business objectives and role requirements
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various recruitment tools and networks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in GTM or commercial hiring
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive industries
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
