HR Analyst with Power BI

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst - Power BI to revamp and modernize their HRIS data dashboard remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve the current HRIS data dashboard or rebuild it from scratch
• Design and implement advanced dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and automate reporting packages and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data automation
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience working with data from various tools, such as Paycor and Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic technical recommendations
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
