Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards, and screen applicants for fit
- Engage and nurture talent pools while providing a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or specialized environment
- Proven ability to engage passive talent across various platforms
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience sourcing within a financial services corporate environment is a plus
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
