Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruitment efforts during maternity leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the US and globally
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of roles, including technical and sales
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Availability to work US hours and start by September 1st or before
