Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the US and globally
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment
- Experience recruiting across a variety of roles, including technical and sales
- Experience with ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Availability to work US hours and start by September 1st or before
