Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and hire top talent as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
  • Identify and creatively source candidates through various channels and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruitment metrics and collaborate on the development of the talent acquisition strategy and employer branding
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
  • 1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Experience using social networks for candidate sourcing and job promotion
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Passion for the impact of education and technology
