Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Business Partner, responsible for managing and developing HRIS systems in collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions within ServiceNow to enhance HR processes
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to gather requirements and implement enhancements
- Provide ongoing support and improvements for HR systems, ensuring compliance with data security standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five years of experience in an HRIS or IT environment, with at least three years in ServiceNow implementation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) preferred
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration and development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
