HRIS Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Business Partner, responsible for managing and developing HRIS systems in collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within ServiceNow to enhance HR processes
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to gather requirements and implement enhancements
• Provide ongoing support and improvements for HR systems, ensuring compliance with data security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Five years of experience in an HRIS or IT environment, with at least three years in ServiceNow implementation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) preferred
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration and development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
