A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring system integrity and workflow configuration
- Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and integrations
- Maintain data integrity and create reports for various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing or supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Paycom, UKG, or Dayforce
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification or HRIS-specific certifications are a plus
- Experience in a multi-state or fully remote organization is preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance
