Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for US and Canada employees
- Administer benefits and manage new hire enrollments and changes with benefits carriers
- Offboard employees from WFN and benefits vendors, and initiate COBRA with a third-party vendor
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant or in a similar role with a strong background in payroll processes
- Experience in HR and Benefits Administration
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably
