Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior People Analytics Manager to lead their people analytics function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide People Analytics strategy and project plans
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions for insights on attrition, hiring, DEI, and performance
  • Partner with HR sub-functions to leverage data for strategic business problem-solving


Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or HR Management
  • 8+ years of experience in People Analytics and HR data analysis
  • Experience in leading a People Analytics function and delivering scalable reporting solutions
  • Deep expertise in Visier and advanced reporting capabilities within HRIS/BI platforms
  • Proven experience advising C-level executives on workforce planning and organizational trends
