Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in behavioral health or related fields
• Strong ability to source both active and passive candidates
• Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
