A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to assist with client engagements and internal HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage US & International payrolls, including processing and reviewing payroll invoices
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and assist with employment terminations
- Prepare reports for government agencies and manage Workers' Comp and EPLI policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably with startups
- Working understanding of human resource principles and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems, and PEO models
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
