Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes including role intake, interview design, and offer closure
- Design scalable hiring frameworks and ensure structured evaluation processes
- Act as a strategic advisor to product and engineering leaders, shaping hiring strategies and improving candidate experiences
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hiring for engineering and product roles in SaaS or technology companies
- Ability to lead technical hiring for senior and complex roles
- Experience in structured hiring design, including scorecards and evaluation frameworks
- Data fluency and experience with funnel analytics and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills, particularly with engineering and product leaders
