Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes including role intake, interview design, and offer closure
• Design scalable hiring frameworks and ensure structured evaluation processes
• Act as a strategic advisor to product and engineering leaders, shaping hiring strategies and improving candidate experiences

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in hiring for engineering and product roles in SaaS or technology companies
• Ability to lead technical hiring for senior and complex roles
• Experience in structured hiring design, including scorecards and evaluation frameworks
• Data fluency and experience with funnel analytics and performance metrics
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills, particularly with engineering and product leaders
