Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in program management or strategy & operations focused on technical talent acquisition
• Proven track record in driving process improvement in a high-growth tech environment
• Advanced experience in data modeling and reporting tools specific to technical recruiting metrics
• Deep expertise with ATS and CRM technologies relevant to technical assessments and candidate management
• Strong ability to build stakeholder relationships across engineering, product, and recruiting teams
