A company is looking for a Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and negotiate offer packages
• Ensure a high-quality hiring experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
• 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
• Experience supporting campus programs and/or operations and supply chain recruiting
• Strong experience in candidate engagement and relationship building
