- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence outcomes
- Strong analytical skills for navigating complex people issues
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
