A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of group benefit programs across the Americas region
- Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for employee benefits programs and resolve healthcare discrepancies
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and manage the wellbeing platforms for employees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
- Experienced in Workday Benefits Administration and benefits platforms
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to employee benefits
- Bi-lingual (Spanish essential, Portuguese optional)
- Project and change management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
