Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist - Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of group benefit programs across the Americas region
• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for employee benefits programs and resolve healthcare discrepancies
• Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and manage the wellbeing platforms for employees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
• Experienced in Workday Benefits Administration and benefits platforms
• Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to employee benefits
• Bi-lingual (Spanish essential, Portuguese optional)
• Project and change management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
