Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR/Talent Advisor to join its Board of Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend quarterly in-person board meetings and provide strategic advice on talent strategies and organizational growth
- Mentor HR/Talent team members and guide on performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Support culture-building initiatives and offer insights on industry trends and best practices in HR
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Strategy, or Organizational Development
- Board-level or executive advisory experience preferred
- Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is highly desired
- Proven ability to shape culture and lead talent initiatives
- Willingness to travel quarterly for board meetings
