Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR/Talent Advisor to join its Board of Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend quarterly in-person board meetings and provide strategic advice on talent strategies and organizational growth
• Mentor HR/Talent team members and guide on performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development
• Support culture-building initiatives and offer insights on industry trends and best practices in HR

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Strategy, or Organizational Development
• Board-level or executive advisory experience preferred
• Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is highly desired
• Proven ability to shape culture and lead talent initiatives
• Willingness to travel quarterly for board meetings
