Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select candidates for automotive maintenance positions using various recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the applicant tracking system
- Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates while ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Four years of experience in recruiting, focusing on exempt and non-exempt roles
- High-volume staffing experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and applicant tracking systems
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
