Key Responsibilities
- Support and hire global interns through assigned requisitions
- Facilitate the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance the hiring experience
Required Qualifications
- Passion for early career programs and understanding of the college tech talent market in Quebec
- Experience recruiting tech talent in Central Canada and/or the U.S
- Familiarity with Canadian co-op programs and post-secondary academic cycles
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to handle high-volume recruiting and manage stakeholders under tight deadlines
