Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive HR experience
- Proven success in leading recruitment strategies in high-growth organizations
- Strong understanding of labor laws and contemporary HR best practices
- Experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred
