- Make 75-100+ phone calls daily to recruit advisors
- Commit to a consistent recruiting regimen to attract top-performing advisors
- Articulate the unique value proposition and available systems of the company to potential recruits
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the financial services industry (preferred)
- Experience in recruiting for Broker/Dealer, RIA, or FMO/IMO (preferred)
- Proven track record in sales or recruiting
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, commission-driven environment
- Self-starter with no phone-call reluctance
