People Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and system support lead for Workday HCM modules
• Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and notifications
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing Tier-2 support for escalated tickets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM
• Experience with multiple Workday modules, including HCM Core, Recruiting, Absence, and Compensation
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools, EIBs, and calculated fields
• Prior experience in a healthcare, startup, or high-growth environment is a plus
