Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of multiple compensation programs
- Design and manage ongoing reward initiatives, including salary benchmarking and incentive schemes
- Provide expertise and guidance on the design and implementation of HR and compensation-related systems
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in compensation or rewards management
- Solid understanding of state and local employment and compensation laws
- Experience in a high-growth environment with global compensation programs
- Competent experience with HRIS systems and workflows; familiarity with Workday is a plus
