Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the execution of multiple compensation programs
  • Design and manage ongoing reward initiatives, including salary benchmarking and incentive schemes
  • Provide expertise and guidance on the design and implementation of HR and compensation-related systems
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation or rewards management
  • Solid understanding of state and local employment and compensation laws
  • Experience in a high-growth environment with global compensation programs
  • Competent experience with HRIS systems and workflows; familiarity with Workday is a plus
