Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Management to architect and enhance talent growth and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rollout of performance management systems and foster a culture of feedback and goal clarity
  • Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design and capability mapping
  • Design and implement learning programs that enhance employee capabilities and align with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Experience scaling talent practices in fast-paced environments, preferably in SaaS or private equity-backed companies
  • Fluency in performance frameworks and tools such as OKRs, Lattice, or CultureAmp
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive approach to driving initiatives
  • Ability to advise executives and build effective training programs for managers
