Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of performance management systems and foster a culture of feedback and goal clarity
- Collaborate with business leaders on organizational design and capability mapping
- Design and implement learning programs that enhance employee capabilities and align with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Experience scaling talent practices in fast-paced environments, preferably in SaaS or private equity-backed companies
- Fluency in performance frameworks and tools such as OKRs, Lattice, or CultureAmp
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive approach to driving initiatives
- Ability to advise executives and build effective training programs for managers
