Key Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and off-boarding
• Collaborate with teams from various locations and nationalities
• Participate in final interviews and support staff development through identifying training needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner/HR Manager)
• Experience working with international teams
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes
• Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems
