Key Responsibilities
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and off-boarding
- Collaborate with teams from various locations and nationalities
- Participate in final interviews and support staff development through identifying training needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner/HR Manager)
- Experience working with international teams
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes
- Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems
