A company is looking for a People Technology Specialist to manage and optimize key HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for assigned HR systems
- Lead the development and deployment of system implementations, enhancements, and updates
- Analyze system usage and performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR Technology with knowledge of various HR Tech platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with timekeeping/WFM systems
- Experience with HR reporting and dashboards
- Experience with UKG and/or ADP Lyric is a plus
