Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate expenses management
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Assist with updating candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conducting reference checks
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment involving multitasking and problem-solving
- Prior exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse is preferred
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Interest in developing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across different levels and departments
