Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Extensive experience in managing global broad-based compensation programs
- Proven experience with executive compensation design and administration
- Strong foundational knowledge of sales compensation principles
