Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends from employee engagement surveys and produce quarterly business review summaries
  • Manage compensation reporting and conduct ad hoc compensation reviews for promotions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in data and compensation analysis
  • Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies
  • Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in analytic tools
  • Experience using data to inform recommendations and influence stakeholders
