Key Responsibilities
- Manage headcount planning and forecasting, preparing leadership presentations on trends
- Analyze trends from employee engagement surveys and produce quarterly business review summaries
- Manage compensation reporting and conduct ad hoc compensation reviews for promotions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in data and compensation analysis
- Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies
- Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in analytic tools
- Experience using data to inform recommendations and influence stakeholders
