Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top sales talent, focusing on high-growth SaaS environments
- Partner with sales leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
- Research talent hotspots and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing tools
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, particularly in sales or GTM roles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive communicator with a thoughtful approach to challenges
