Senior HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist (Medical Group).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes with organized communication
• Ensure compliance paperwork and employee records are accurate and up to date
• Provide HR guidance to internal stakeholders and act as the first point of contact for provider concerns

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices in a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools
