Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee status changes with organized communication
- Ensure compliance paperwork and employee records are accurate and up to date
- Provide HR guidance to internal stakeholders and act as the first point of contact for provider concerns
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices in a healthcare environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools
