Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding of new hires and assist with equipment requests and access setup
- Schedule internal team meetings and manage changes to group distribution lists
- Track action items from meetings and assist with project billing and vendor management
Required Qualifications
- Experience in resource management and procurement
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in budget forecasting and financial project management
- Proven ability to work productively in a remote/home-office setting
