Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Lead performance management processes and support talent development initiatives
• Utilize workforce metrics to inform talent decisions and drive organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, particularly in talent management or organizational development
• Proven experience partnering with Sales & Marketing leaders in healthcare technology
• Strong consultative and coaching skills with the ability to influence others
• HRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred
