Key Responsibilities
- Lead People Partnering for Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM functions, aligning people strategies with business goals
- Manage and develop a team of People Business Partners, ensuring effective support for client groups
- Coach and advise senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in People/HR, with 6+ years as a People Business Partner in high-growth environments
- Experience managing other HR or People Business Partners
- Proven partnership with senior leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, or GTM
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment law; Canadian expertise is a plus
