A company is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness and talent strategies
- Lead the resolution of complex HR issues, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws and support global employee engagement efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of progressive HR experience
- 4+ years as an HR Business Partner in a multinational organization
- Proven success in international HRBP roles with knowledge of global and U.S. employment laws
- Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational challenges
- Results-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
