Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR policy guidance and manage employee relations issues

Required Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a senior Human Resources role
• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with knowledge of Predictive Index preferred
• Experience managing sensitive information with confidentiality
• Project Management skills are a plus
