Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR policy guidance and manage employee relations issues
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR strategies and programs
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in a senior Human Resources role
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with knowledge of Predictive Index preferred
- Experience managing sensitive information with confidentiality
- Project Management skills are a plus
