Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, emphasizing LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate pitches that highlight the company's mission and opportunities
- Review resumes and perform initial screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, focusing on data engineering and/or software engineering roles
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate identification and outreach
- Experience in crafting and executing effective Boolean search strings and creative sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, data analytics, or open-source intelligence industry is a plus
