Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to shape and influence change management strategies for key initiatives
• Facilitate the development of change management plans, stakeholder analyses, and success measures
• Develop and deliver learning programs and consult on talent development tools and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in change management, talent management, or organizational development
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred
• Action-oriented and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in consulting, coaching, and developing individuals and groups
• A learning mindset and growth orientation
