Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to shape and influence change management strategies for key initiatives
- Facilitate the development of change management plans, stakeholder analyses, and success measures
- Develop and deliver learning programs and consult on talent development tools and solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in change management, talent management, or organizational development
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred
- Action-oriented and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in consulting, coaching, and developing individuals and groups
- A learning mindset and growth orientation
