Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with G&A and GCO teams to develop tailored recruitment strategies and interview processes
• Source and screen candidates, manage the interview process, and facilitate debriefs for informed hiring decisions
• Drive offer development and negotiations while ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience using AI tools in the recruiting process required
• Proven success recruiting for professional positions required
• Experience recruiting in the tech industry preferred
