Key Responsibilities
- Lead UKG Ready implementations for HR and employee benefits administration
- Gather detailed requirements from clients and vendors for successful system implementation
- Administer employee benefits programs and troubleshoot EDI issues related to benefits and payroll
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in benefits administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration software, with preferred experience in UKG Ready
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
