Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the ministry CEO or System Office executive
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless executive office operations
- Attend board and management meetings, maintain minutes, and manage related documentation
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience required
- Minimum of three years related work experience preferred
- Experience in heavy calendar management and travel arrangements
- Excellent project management skills for planning meetings and managing supplier responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
