Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities
  • Lead employee engagement efforts and support change initiatives while coaching managers
  • Manage employee relations cases and collaborate on people experiences across the employee lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 6 - 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a Technology organization
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Proven ability to lead complex employee relations issues independently
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Experience with distributed or remote teams preferred
