A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business priorities
- Lead employee engagement efforts and support change initiatives while coaching managers
- Manage employee relations cases and collaborate on people experiences across the employee lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 6 - 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a Technology organization
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Proven ability to lead complex employee relations issues independently
- Strong business acumen and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Experience with distributed or remote teams preferred
